Cant Log my chars (only just made chars)

OS : Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU : GenuineIntel Pentium 4 Processor @ 3214 MHz with 1023MB RAM
Video : NVIDIA GeForce 6600 (8198)
PosCode : LS1:0:0:0 2/1

Insufficient Memory.
Please check the Virtual Memory Option and avilable hard drive space.
You can check them by going to : Control Panel->System->Advanced->Performance->Settings->Advanced->Virtual memory.

Give me this error (Similiar or the same for isha) everytime i log my char (i think it is in giran)...
I can log chars just created...



Already made : Increase virtual memory/ Scan Disk / Desfragmentation / full check from l2official.


PS : i played pretty well before.

Right Click My Computer,
