Not shore bout it but i thought they cost AA and u can obtain AA by exchanging adena in AA
for the specific amount check the NPC in giran

Raid Bosses such as Ant, Antharas, Zaken, Valakas, and Baium (soon), drop COL, as well as some of the items that are bought exclusively by COL.

Also it has been stated by destination. You need 1kkaa for 1 coin of luck. Talk to any GM shop under CURRENCY and exchange your 1kkaa for 1 COL. If you need better explaination let me know on the forum and i will explain it better.
