I keep losing all my buffs whenever I switch from one toon to another on my account. I was just wondering if this is happening to anyone else.

Just cos I want this to be in more detail.

Correct me if I'm wrong but the following is happening

You Buff Deceptive, Option->Restart. Switch to the nest toon. You buff him, Option-> Restart. You log back on Deceptive, Deceptive is buffless?
