casting speed

Something very screwy is going on with my spellhawler casting speed.
It seems like some of buff or dance is not in full effect.
Here is what happened to my casting speed.

Basic
+5wit, DC robe set, Acumen SA

No buff
593

Bezerk
640

Bezerk + Acumen lvl 3 (from Overlord or warcryer)
704 <=== bugg Only 10% cast speed improvement at lvl 3?

Bezerk + Acumen lvl 3 + Dance of Concentration
760 <== Another bugg

With that setting and buffs, the casting speed should be 1100+.

the funny thing is that I remeber seeing casting speed around 900 with Avadon robe before I switched to DC. I tried Avadon robe set still same problem.

Anyway, I don't think it matters since this happened right after I got my SOM on and thhen fixed that way.

All buffs/dances/songs are adjusted, so spellhowlers can reach around 1500 max cast speed.

If i didn't adjust that, all mages = 1700 cast speed

pretty much what zumbul is saying is that if u dont have the best gear... your stats arent going to be to their potential. it should be that way though... for the people who farm they should get rewarded with nice stats
