A simple Text based command that works only if you can target the user you would like to remove from your party. This should also work with a name following the command.
Example: You have a full party. One of your members has to go afk, so they SOE. Instead of leaving party, they stay in party and are not there to do /leave, taking up space and cannot be removed from party.
/dismiss <name> <---does NOT work.
Noticed this at Goddard seige when a member went back to village and needed to be removed from party.
With this command not working properly, it can mess up your party of active members.
